Nomogram in estimating the risk of CLNM in PTMC. To assess metastasis risk:(1) drawing a vertical line from each variable axis to the “Points” axis. (2) adding the points of each variable and locate them on the “Total Point” axis. (3) Then drawing a vertical line from the “Total Points” axis to the axis labeled “Risk” to obtain the individual probability of central lymph node metastasis.
