ERβ knockdown reduced 25-HC-mediated LAC metastasis and TNFRSF17 expression. Sixteen male BALB/c nude mice were randomly divided into four groups, and were intravenously injected with A549 cells or A549-depleting ERβ, followed by injecting different concentrations of 25-HC via tail vein every 2 days.
