TNFRSF17 silencing inhibited 25-HC-induced cell migration and invasion. A549 and SPC-A1 cells were transfected with the small interfering RNAs carrying siNC or siTNFRSF17, and were then exposed to 0, 0.013 and 0.085 µM 25-HC for 48 h. Cell migration was performed by transwell assay (A).
