ERβ knockdown inhibited 25-HC-induced cell migration and invasion. (A) A549 and SPC-A1 cells were transfected with the lentivirus carrying ctrl-sgRNA or ESR2-sgRNA, followed by treatment with 0, 0.013 and 0.085 µM 25-HC for 48 h. Wound healing assay was performed to determine the effect of 25-HC on cell migration. (B) After ERβ knockdown, the cells were exposed to 0, 0.013 and 0.085 µM 25-HC for 48 h.
