Immunofluorescence staining of NanoLuc luciferase. HEK-293 cells were transfected with the indicated combinations of plasmid vectors. Immunofluorescence (IF) staining was performed using NanoLuc and Alexa Fluor 488 antibodies. IF staining showing the subcellular localization of the AR-FL and AR-V7 proteins before and after androgen stimulation. The indicated combination constructs were transfected into HEK-293 cells, and IF staining was conducted 48 h after transfection. The cells were stimulated with 1 nM DHT for 0, 15, 30 or 60 min. DAPI was used for nuclear staining. The scale bar represents 10 µm. Only merged pictures are shown
