Hsa_circ_0004872 overexpression represses tumor growth in vivo by inhibiting miR-190a-3p. Nude mice were used to construct a Xenograft tumor model by subcutaneously injecting IOMM-Lee cells with different treatments (pcDNA3.1, pcDNA3.1-circ_0004872, or pcDNA3.1-circ_0004872 plus miR-190a-3p mimics).
