TMPO-AS1 is significantly enriched in colorectal tumor tissues. A GEPIA database showed TMPO-AS1’s expression profile in colorectal tumor (n = 275) and the normal tissues (n = 349), and the correlation between TMPO-AS1 abundance and the prognosis of the colorectal cancer patients.
