Cell proliferation rate changes in control, PMA, and PMA + Gal-9 groups for HL-60 and THP-1 cell lines. The kinetics of OD changes in the PMA + Gal-9 (PG72) group compared to PMA (P24) and control groups in the HL-60 cell line (a) and THP-1 (b) showed that treatment with Gal-9 significantly increases the proliferation and survival of the AML cell lines.
