TIM-3 expression at 24, 48, 72 h after treatment with PMA in HL-60 and THP-1 cell lines. TIM-3 mRNA expression changes after stimulation with PMA compared to the control group in the HL-60 cell line (a) and THP-1 (c.) showed that a significant difference for TIM-3 expression at 72 h after PMA treatment was seen in the HL-60 cell line (p = 0.01) and THP-1 cell line (p = 0.0001).
