PA upregulated CCL2 in BMA to promote the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of PC-3 cells. The CCL2-neutralizing antibody were employed to block the efficiency of CCL2 under PA stimulation. The proliferation (A), invasion (C), and migration (D) abilities of PC-3 cells were determined.
