PA upregulated CCL2 in BMA to promote the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of PC-3 cells. The CCL2-neutralizing antibody were employed to block the efficiency of CCL2 under PA stimulation. The proliferation (A), invasion (C), and migration (D) abilities of PC-3 cells were determined. The CCR2 antagonist RS102895 were employed to block the efficiency of CCL2 under PA stimulation. The proliferation (B), invasion (E), and migration (F) abilities of PC-3 cells were determined. In the t-test, the differences with *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001 were statistically significant
