From: Exosomes derived from cancer-associated fibroblasts promote tumorigenesis, metastasis and chemoresistance of colorectal cancer by upregulating circ_0067557 to target Lin28

Fig. 3

CAF-derived exosomes induced malignant phenotypes of CRC cells by upregulating circ_0067557. HCT116, SW480 and LoVo cells were treated with si-circ_0067557 and CAF-derived exosomes. (A) Cell proliferation was determined by EdU staining. (B) Cell invasion was detected by Transwell assay. (C) The number of spheres formed was analyzed by Sphere-forming assay. (D) Evaluation of 5-FU and L-OHP drug resistance at 24, 48, and 72 h using the CCK-8 assay. (E) Western blot analysis for ALCAM, vimentin, E-cadherin, cyclin D1, and c-Myc. (F) Apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry. (G) The apoptosis rate was calculated for each group. CD133, CD44, and OCT4 cell stemness markers were evaluated by RT-qPCR (H) and Western blotting (I)
