The biological function of FDX1 in GBM cell line was explored in vitro. A-B Western blot reveals the knockdown efficiency of two GBM cell lines (LN229 and U251). C-D Colony formation assay was performed to explore whether FDX1 can promote cell proliferation. E–F Wound healing assay was performed to explore whether FDX1 can promote cell migration. G-J Transwell assays were used to explore whether FDX1 can promote cell migration and invasion. K-L Western blot was used to explore whether FDX1 can promote epithelial mesenchymal transformation of GBM cells. As for western blot, to hybridize each marker separately, blots were cut based on the molecular weight of the proteins prior to hybridization with primary antibodies
