RGD-p21Ras-scFv significantly inhibits the growth of Ras-derived tumor cell lines. Eleven Ras-derived-associated tumor cell lines and one normal epithelial cell lines were co-cultured with RGD-p21Ras-scFv, PBS, and RGD peptide in 96-well plates for 24, 48, and 72 h, and then cellular activity was assayed using the CCK-8 time. rgd-p21Ras-scFv inhibited the growth of the incorporated Ras-derived tumor cells but had no normal colon epithelial cell effects.
