2. Communication of survivorship care | Participants shared their experiences with communication with their healthcare providers after completing curative-intent chemotherapy. | What conversations did you have with your healthcare team about what you could expect as someone who has completed chemotherapy? What are your impressions of how communication is/was going between your oncology team and primary care doctor? |
