The effects of PGC on the phenotypes of gastric cancer or epithelial cells Gastric cancer and epithelial cells were subjected to the screening of PGC protein expression by Western blot (A). Among them, AGS was transfected with pHG-CMV-Kan2-PGC plasmid and GES-1 was transfected with siRNAs of PGC, which were verified by real-time RT-PCR (B) and Western blot (C). Among siRNAs, siRNA2 of PGC was selected for the following experiments due to significant PGC knockdown. Proliferation, chemosensitivity to 5-FU, apoptosis, migration, invasion and lipid droplet formation were determined by CCK-8 (D), Annexin V staining (E), wound healing (F) and transwell (G).
