NPYR antagonism increases expression of NPY1R and NPY5R, but reduces CAIX levels. Spheroids of MDA-MB-231 (A-C) and MCF7 (D-F) breast cancer cells were lysed and NPY1R (A and D), NPY5R (B and E), and CAIX (C and F) mRNA levels were measured by qRT-PCR. Data normalized to endogenous control genes RPLPO and RPL13A and made relative to normoxic monolayer.
