BALB/c mice were intraperitoneally injected with 0.1% BSA-PBS (control) or 5-FU (150 mg/kg). After 1 h, mice in the control and 5-FU/PBS groups were subcutaneously injected with 0.1% BSA-PBS for seven consecutive days over 14 days. Mice in the 5-FU/rhTPO and 5-FU/2R13 groups were subcutaneously injected with rhTPO for seven consecutive days or once with 2R13, respectively, over 14 days.
