Migration Studies. The wound healing method determined the effect of GemHCl and 4NSG-SLN on PPCL-192 and PPCL-46 cell migration (a) images of GemHCl and 4NSG-SLN treated PPCL-192 and PPCL-46 cells at 5 µM concentration towards the scratch wound. NIH ImageJ software quantified and analyzed the average number of (b) PPCL-192 and (c) PPCL-46 migrated cells. Wound closures were captured at 10X magnification using the Nikon Eclipse Ti inverted fluorescent microscope. The plots are of the means ± SD, n = 3.
