Cell Cycle: The effect of 4NSG-SLN and GemHCl on cell cycle distribution in PPCL-192 and PPCL-46 cells. Both cells were treated with 4NSG-SLN and GemHCl at (5 μM, 10 μM, and 20 μΜ) for 24 h and stained with PI to analyze the cell cycle distribution of each cell type by flow cytometry. The percent cell cycle distribution is relative to the total phases (G1, S, and G2). 4NSG-SLN induces G1-phase cell cycle arrest at low concentrations (5 μM) and consequently, 4NSG-SLN treatment at higher concentrations (20 μM) induced cell death in PPCL-192 and PPCL-46 cells compared to GemHCl treatment groups
