NK cell activity was detected by the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release method, suggesting that the activity of NK cell lysis in the peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer was significantly increased 1 week after thermal ablation (P < 0.01). At 4 weeks after thermal ablation, the cytotoxicity of peripheral NK cells to target K562 cells was significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and there were no significant differences in cytotoxicity of peripheral NK cells to target K562 cells between D0 and M1 patients with primary liver cancer
