Table 1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria

• Women ≥18 years

• In situ (stage 0) and metastatic (stage IV)

• Breast cancer survivors who had completed surgery and chemotherapy at the time of recruitment

• Breast cancer caused by gene mutations (e.g. BRCA1 or BRCA2)

• All BMI categories

• Studies restricted to participants with specific conditions (such as fatigue, lymphedema, or bone loss)

• Studies with surgical, pharmacological, or dietary supplementation interventions
