LNT enhanced the antitumor effects of DLL1 in EO771 breast tumors. a Experimental design: C57BL/6 mice were orthotopically inoculated with 2 × 105 EO771-R1 or EO771-L1 breast cancer cells on the mammary fat pad. When tumors reached 3 × 4 mm in diameter, mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and received i.p. injection of saline or 1.0 mg/kg LNT every other day for 12 days; b Tumor growth curves were recorded and tumor volume was calculated at the end of the treatments; c Tumor weight was measured at the end of the treatments.
