Association between glucocorticoid pathway tumor mutation burden (TMB) and individual gene expression by linear regression; b. Association between individual gene expression and breast cancer invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) by logistic regression TMB was classified as mutated or not. Gene expression was used as a continuous variable in log2 scale. Both regression models were adjusted for cohort membership, age at diagnosis, menopausal status at diagnosis, molecular subtype, and cancer stage. The genes with p values < 0.05 for both analyses were presented in this table
