SP1 is essential for the KDM3A-mediated aerobic glycolysis in OS cells. A mRNA expression of SP1 in OS cells after further pCAG-SP1 transfection examined by RT-qPCR; B protein level of SP1 in sh-KDM3A- and pCAG-SP1-transfected OS cells, and in OS cells without KDM3A transfection (KDM3A-wt) determined by western blot analysis; C-H F6P production (C), G3P production (D), glucose uptake (E), lactate production (F), ECAR (G) and OCR (H) in OS cells after SP1 restoration. Three independent experiments were performed. Differences were analyzed by the two-way ANOVA (A-H) followed by Tukey’s test. *p < 0.05
