Analysis of cancer-free and Stage I-IV ovarian cancer patient serum samples with the optimized SubB2M-A12-SPR assay. Twenty two serum samples from cancer-free (normal) females, 12 patients with Stage I ovarian cancer, 11 with Stage II ovarian cancer, 10 with Stage IIIC ovarian cancer and 14 with Stage IV ovarian cancer were analyzed by the optimized SubB2M-SPR assay.
