From: NAP1L1 promotes tumor proliferation through HDGF/C-JUN signaling in ovarian cancer
NAP1L1 protein interacts with HDGF and HDGF interacts with C-JUN. A Co-IP experiments detected the interaction of exogenous NAP1L1 and HDGF in both SKOV3 and OVCAR3 cells. B Co-IP experiments detected the interaction of HDGF and C-JUN in OC cells. C NAP1L1 and HDGF co-localized in the cell cytoplasm as observed by immunofluorescent staining. HDGF and C-JUN protein co-localization was observed in the cytoplasm and nucleus in both cell lines (Scale bar, 5 μm)
