Exosomes transfer increased drug sensitivity of SGC-7901/5-FU cells. The cell viability of SGC-7901/5-FU cells after treated with 5-FU (a) or CDDP (b) combined with exosomes extracted from SGC-7901 cells (with or without the exosome inhibitor GW4869 treatment) for 48 or 24 h, respectively.
