Morphological changes of cells under hypoxia microenvironment. GBM cells (GBM02, GBM03, GBM11, GBM95, U87 and T98G) were cultured in DMEM/F12 with 10% FBS. One batch of the cells was maintained at 37 °C in a humidified 5% CO2 and 95% air atmosphere for normoxia (N) while the other at 1% O2 for hypoxia (H). The photos were taken using DMI 8 Leica microscope and edited using image J. Scale bar = 200 μm
