Bioinformatic analysis of the inter-relationship between the study miRNAs and genes. By using miRDB and TargetScan we confirmed previous findings showing that target sequences for miR-34-5p and miR-181a-5p, miR-181b-5p and miR-181c-5p are present in the 3′ UTR of the BCL-2 gene.
