Expression of the NPY and WIF1 mRNA in CRCs tissues and non-tumor tissues. The transcriptomic study of the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) allows the analysis of the levels of mRNA encoded by the genes. A) Thus, it is shown that the level of mRNA encoded by the NPY gene is significantly lower in colorectal cancers than in healthy tissues (p < 10− 4). B) On the other hand, the level of mRNA encoded by the WIF1 gene is higher in colorectal cancers than in healthy tissues (p < 10− 4)
