MiR-485-5p inhibition reversed the effects of circCDC45 downregulation. LN229 and A172 cells were transfected with si-circCDC45 or si-circCDC45 + anti-miR-485-5p with si-NC or si-circCDC45 + anti-miR-NC as the separate control.
