Effectiveness of six different anti-cancer drugs against sunitinib-resistant SNU-228 and SNU-267 cells. Using the SNU-228 (A) and SNU-267 (B) cell lines, three groups of cells (control, sunitinib-resistant, and resistance-reversible) were exposed to sunitinib, axitinib, pazopanib, sorafenib, everolimus and temsirolimus for 72 h and the normalized cell growth rate was then measured.
