Validation of prognostic signature. (A) The risk plot showed that as the risk score increases, the proportion of patient deaths increases, which in turn indicateed the reliability of the model. The risk heat map further showed the difference in the expression of prognostic lncRNA between the high and low risk groups. (B) Univariate Cox regression analysis showed that stage, T, N, M and riskscore had prognostic significance for non-small cell lung cancer.
