Comparison between completely intrafascial and conventionally interfascial groups regarding patients’ post-surgical IIEF-5 score. This figure demonstrated significant advantages in favor of completely intrafascial techniques on post-surgical IIEF-5 scores at 3-, 9-, and 12-month follow-up when compared with the conventional interfascial process.
