  1. Samples were divided into two groups, IDO-negative and IDO-positive tumors, representing tumors that contained less than 1% or more than 1% of IDO+ tumor cells of all melanoma cells. IDO expression intensity of melanoma cells in IDO-positive tumors was also evaluated, and samples were divided into two groups (weak and moderate or strong expression intensity) for analysis
