Transcription factors (TFs) implicated in the differential expression of genes associated with invasiveness in epithelial ovarian cancer. We identified TF motif enrichment in the promoter sequences of the differentially expressed genes, relative to background sequences. Motif names were determined by comparing motifs to known TF sequence logos (see Materials and methods). TFs matching the same logos are presented in the same row, with the same percentage values. P-values represent the significant match to the known motif. The matches to MYC/MAX, TFAP2C, and RUNX1 were discovered secondarily, from their high frequency of occurrences in the UniBind analysis portion of this study. CRABP2 and MAFB promoters were excluded due to lack of sequence annotations in Ensembl Biomart
