Circ_0003266 inhibited the proliferation and metastasis of CRC cells, and promoted the apoptosis. a. qRT-PCR was employed to detect the expression of circ_0003266 in SW480 and HCT-116 cells transfected with circ_0003266 or two independent siRNAs targeting circ_0003266. b. CCK8 assay was used to detect the effects of circ_0003266 on the proliferation capability of SW480 and HCT-116 cells. c. Transwell assay was used to detect the effects of circ_0003266 on migration and invasion capability of SW480 and HCT-116 cells. d.
