A well-defined mass of lobulated contours is observed, which compromises the anterior mediastinum towards the right hemithorax and extends in the cephalon-caudal direction towards the cardio phrenic recess on the ipsilateral side. It is homogenous, with soft tissue densify and it enhances with contrast medium. It is 13 × 10 × 15 cm, with few calcifications, and in close contact with the ascending aorta.
