Cell cycle analysis of CRC cells treated with sodium butyrate (5 mmol/l) for 48 h was performed. The table showed the specific percentages and statistical analysis of the cell cycle in HCT-116 and HCT-8 cells treated with sodium butyrate. The values in the table are the mean values measured by three parallel samples. The chi-square test was used to compare the rates between the NaB group and the control group
