ARID1A relative mRNA expression in SW742, LS180, HCT116, HT29/219, SW480 and SW48 cell lines was determined by Real-Time RT-PCR. Each gene’s expression values was normalized to the GAPDH mRNA. SW48 cell line was used as a reference, with an expression level set to 1.0, and expressions in all other cell lines were presented as an n-fold difference, compared to the SW48. Mean ± SD of three experiments is reported (p < 0.05)
