Kaplan-Meier analysis showed the relationship between GLR and the prognosis of HCC patients. The GLR ≤ 56.0 group (n = 138) had higher OS and PFS rates than the GLR > 56.0 group (n = 92) of HCC patients (both p <  0.001) (a, b).
