The DLC-1 protein is involved in regulating the expression of surface markers of hUC-MSCs. The siDLC-1 transfection effectively reduced DLC-1 protein expression as tested via Western blotting (a), moderately reversed the GSI-1-induced reduction of CD105 as tested via flow cytometry (b), but showed no effect on the expression of RGC32 gene as examined by RT-PCR (c)
