Relative expression of CDKN2A/p16INK4a in testicular cancer survivors. Relative expression of CDKN2A/p16INK4a measured by qPCR in testicular cancer survivors (TCS) and controls. The paired Delta-Delta CT method was used for analysis. Each control has a relative value of 1, as they are compared with themselves and each case has a value that is more than one in case of overexpression relative to their paired control, and less than one in case of diminished expression. The column with the value of 1 for controls is included as a visual reference. *p = 0.0479 for the comparison (Wilcoxon signed rank test), mean 1.54 (95% CI of the mean: 1.074–2.005)
