SOX2 elevation modulates the expression of p27Kip1. Western blot analyses of p27Kip1 in i-SOX2-LNCaP, i-SOX2-ONS76, i-SOX2-HPAF-II, and i-SOX2-BE(2)C whole cell extracts that were harvested after 48 h culture in the presence or absence of Dox at the indicated concentrations. Western blot analyses of p27Kip1 were repeated using separate whole extracts for each cell line and similar results were obtained
