FUT4siRNA transfection increases the chemosensitivity of A549 and H1975 cells to cisplatin. CCK-8 assay was applied to detect cell viability after A549 and H1975 cells were transfected with FUT5siRNA or si-NC, followed by treatment with various concentrations of cisplatin (0, 0.6, 1.2, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 and 40 μg/ml).
