UBR5 deficient A549 cells show decreased cell viability and clonogenic potential. a A549 cells were infected with the lenti-viruses from multiple shRNA construct against UBR5 and were cultured for 4 days. Alamar Blue readings were recorded every 24 h and relative cell viability of UBR5 deficient cells were compared to control cells on each day. b A549 cells were infected with shRNA against UBR5 and 1000 cells were cultured in 6-well plate for 10 days.
