(1.5 column): Workflow for rare cell isolation and analysis. Liquid biopsy is processed for CTC isolation. Afterwards, CTC are cytospun on to glass slides and labeled with metal-conjugated Abs then imaged on the Fluidigm Hyperion Imaging system. The image is analyzed and the signal is quantified for bioinformatics-based analysis to detect and determine a unique patient-based CTC signature
