General overview of the course of the trial. The trial consists of four phases: Screening, aiming at verification of patients’ eligibility for the trial; Baseline evaluation, obtaining the basic information about the disease before treatment; Treatment, in which the combination therapy is administered and the response evaluation and toxicities are investigated; Follow-up, observing the long-term safety and clinical efficacy of this strategy.
