Lapatinib in combination with AGK2/AK1 increase long term cell sensitivity compared to Lapatinib alone. a 5-8F and 6-10B cells were seeded in 6-well plates and treated with the Lapatinib concentration indicated for 72 h. Five micromolar AGK2 and AK1 was used for combination treatment. Cell culture media was then removed and colony formation observed for 15 days. At the end of this time period, cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and stained with crystal violet.
