CD99 and CD73 expression in tumor cells, fibroblasts and their co-culture. Both CD99 and CD73 were expressed in tumor cells and fibroblasts. CD99 was expressed at a higher level in fibroblasts than tumor cells. CD73 showed equivalent expression in fibroblasts (ST353i) and tumor cells (FU-EPS-1)

CD99 (32 and 25 kDa), protein was extracted from membrane preparations; CD73 (70 kDa) protein was extracted from total cell lysate.
